Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Period
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can request a return within 5 days of the product's delivery by dropping an email to axarahstore@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. The item should have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Each order is eligible for only one exchange/return . Review your requirements thoroughly before requesting an exchange.
3. Pickup
The product pickup will be arranged by us for you. Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in the system.
A flat fee of rupees 100 will be charged for the return pick-up service for every product, which will be deducted from the coupon code's value of the product as a charge on reverse shipping on your product.
We will pick up the product within 2-4 business days from the requested placement date.
You can alternatively choose to self- ship the products to us if you do not wish to bear the return service fee.
For non-serviceable PIN codes, you have to ship the product back to our warehouse.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved, the refunds are processed within 2-3 days in the form of store credit and a coupon code of your product value will be sent to you, which can be used within 6 months from the date of issuing.
Monetary refunds ( Cash or Bank Transfer ) are not provided by the brand,

4. Received the Wrong or Damaged Order
Please mail us at axarahstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with relevant images and your order ID.
Our team will get in touch with you and get the product picked up and replaced.
